HÂþ»'s Talent Pathways Program
Talent Pathways, the university's internal temporary staffing program, is designed to assist with staffing needs while contributing towards HÂþ»â€™s commitment toÌýequity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility.
Note: Effective September 4, 2024, there is a University Hiring Freeze. However, the Talent Pathways program will remain open, and your application will be reviewed and considered for any temporary positions that are exempt from the hiring freeze.
The goal of the program is to reduce barriers to employment for job applicants who identify as members of equity-deserving groups and support pillar two,ÌýInclusive Excellence, of the university's Strategic Plan,ÌýThe Third Century Promise. HÂþ» defines equity-deserving groups as Indigenous persons (especially Mi’kmaq), persons with a disability, racialized persons, including persons of Black/African descent (especially African Nova Scotians), women,Ìýand persons belonging to the 2SLGBTQ+ community.Ìý
