Program Structure

Before the program begins, you will choose a specialization:

Choose a specialization
Human Resource Management (HRM)
Project Management (PM)
Business Analysis (BA)
Adult Education & Training (AET)

All of the courses in this program are non-credit. During the first month of each term, you will be exposed to the Certificate in Leadership Excellence & Human Resource Leadership (mandatory certificates) foundational courses. This will allow you to build the necessary knowledge to progress into the program. For the mandatory certificates, you will have classes twice a week in the morning or afternoon, respectively to the course schedule. This will give you sufficient time to work on your assignments. As for the specialization courses (PM, BA, HRM and AET), you will have morning or evening online classes. This will give you flexibility to reserve some time for your personal life. During the first 12 months of the program, you will work 1-on-1 with an ISANS career counselor to prepare for your work term. The career counselor will help you by:

  • reviewing your resume/CV
  • advising on job search methods/strategies
  • preparing you for interviews
  • keeping you informed on the Canadian work environment

In the final term, you will participate in a 4-month work term with a Canadian employer.
