Halifax Campus Students
We are excited to share that all students beginning the BScN at the Halifax campus in September 2024 will receive a $1,000 award. Ìý
Ìý
For those entering the BScN program in semester 3, this award will be considered an entrance award. If you are starting Semester 1 in fall 2024, the $1,000 award will be granted in May 2025, aligning with the start of Semester 3. This award is available upon enrollment and is in addition to any other bursaries or awards you may qualify for.

Yarmouth Campus Students

We are delighted to announce that students starting HÂþ»­â€™s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program at the Yarmouth Campus in Semester 3 during the fall of 2024 will be granted an entrance award equal to the full term’s tuition fees. For students beginning Semester 1 of their BScN program in Fall 2024, they will receive the tuition award in Fall 2025 equal to their Semester 3 tuition fees which will be awarded in fall 2025. This award is automatically granted upon enrollment and is in addition to any other bursaries or awards. Notably, Yarmouth Campus students can also explore , including the Growing Rural Nurses Scholarships.Ìý

Nursing CertificatesÌýas an option to undergraduate students in the BScN program are as followed:

• Acute/Critical Care Nursing
•ÌýMental Health and Addictions Nursing
• Oncology Nursing
• Perinatal andÌýPaediatric Nursing
• Public Health Nursing

The certificate will enable students to explore an area of nursing more in-depth than the generalist level and is responsive to service sector demands in various targeted areas of nursing practice. The certificates are an option for undergraduate students once they complete Semester 5 of the BScN program.Ìý
