Cooking Around the World

Join HÂþ» University and the Colchester Food Network for an international cooking class in celebration of International Development Week.

International Development Week (IDW) is a week dedicated to highlighting the work in which individual associations and organizations are engaged with respect to their role as global citizens.

Each year, IDW's theme aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and cooking around the world hopes to align with the 2025 theme of "Cooperation for a sustainable future: Marking 35 years of IDW" by creating an event that inspires communities to work together towards SDG 2: Zero Hunger.

By learning how to cook a variety of delicious foods from a variety of different cultures, we can find ways to make better use of the foods that we find available to us, while learning to connect with and appreciate the various cultures that makes our communities thrive!

Come and join us for some delicious and free food, learn about what the Colchester Food Network can do for you and about what HÂþ» is doing to work towards food security internationally.
