There are some important updates regarding the Student Learning Experience Questionnaire (SLEQ) data and reports.
Going forward, CLT will be adhering to HÂþ»â€™s 10 year .
- If you require SLEQ reports that were collected on paper from 2000 to 2011, please request them by emailing sleq@dal.ca with specific terms, years and course numbers before December 1, 2024. Reports will be provided in PDF format and sent to your HÂþ» email address within two weeks of being requested. Data prior to 2012 will no longer be available after the above mentioned date.
- If you wish to keep a copy of any reports from 2012 to the summer of 2013-2014 please retrieve them before December 1, 2024. These reports are available in Brightspace by clicking SLEQ in the main menu and scrolling down to reports. If you have any issues accessing these reports, please email SLEQ@dal.ca. These reports will also no longer be available after the above mentioned date.
- After December 1, 2024, all SLEQ reports and any other reports saved or collected feedback, including TA reports, Mid-term reports and any custom reports, from 2000 to the Summer of 2013-2014 will no longer be available.
What does this mean for you?
After each retirement date, you will no longer have access to the SLEQ data.
Moving forward
As we continue to adhere to the retention policy, SLEQ reports, and all accompanying data will be deleted after 10 years of being made available. A detailed schedule is available on our website.
