The Records Management Office is offering the following records management sessions in May 2023:
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Departure of Employees (Wednesday, May 10th): Do you have someone departing your unit? Or are you the one that is departing a unit to explore a new adventure? This session will help you know what to do with the administrative records that where created, received or inherited in that soon to be vacant position.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Records Management: What is it and how can it help me? (Wednesday, May 17th): This introductory session will go over what records management is and the Records Management Office and its services that it offers to the HÂþ» community.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Shared Drive Cleanups (Wednesday, May 31st): This session will go over HÂþ»â€™s Records Management guidelines to assist with how to start a cleanup of shared drives while staying in compliance with the Records Management Policy. It will outline how to identify content no longer required and to move forward with an outlined structure, naming conventions, and more.
All sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams.
