WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Teaching Assistantwill be responsible for assisting the primary instructor for ERTH / GEOG 4530 & ERTH 5530 "Environmental Remote Sensing”withdelivering the lab component of the class. Responsibilities include in person supervision of one in-person lab sections per week; monitoring and responding to discussion board questions related to structured workshops and lab projects; grading weekly workshops and larger lab projects; and providing occasional one on one assistance through screen sharing applications.

REQUIREMENTS: The Teaching Assistant must be a senior undergraduate or graduate student at H University, with strong command of Geographic Information Systems software (primarily ESRI ArcGIS Pro™ & PCI Catalyst Professional™). The ability to communicate effectively; to lead and engageERTH / GEOG 4530 & ERTH 5530students; and to provide constructive feedback are required skills for this position.
