Financial Services temporary processing changes

Financial Services has implemented a temporary change to our processing requirements. We will be accepting scanned documents and email approvals temporarily.  Please read the requirements and process for accepting such documents and approvals on SharePoint (A link has been added to the Resources section of the Working from Home page SharePoint, scroll down to the Resources section “Financial Services Temporary Process Changes”).

As most of the financial services team are now working from home, it is important that the processes outlined are followed.  Contact information has been included should you have any questions.

Other processes not covered in the document should function on a relatively normal basis but please be sure to use regular email contact information as most staff are working from home.
