The program focuses on the skills and capabilities development to lead, collaborate and innovate in academia. Details concerning the program are as follows:

Six full-day sessions with leadership challenge projects to apply your learning. Course days are scheduled at one to two-week intervals starting Friday, April 3, 2020 and ending June 15th, 2020.
Courses are delivered by senior HÂþ» Executive Education instructors and include:

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Leading Change in Complexity – April 9
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Evidence Based and Strategic Decision Making – April 17
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Collaboration, Leading Teams and Innovation – May 1
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Intercultural Communication and Stakeholder Management – May 15
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Performance Management and Strategic Financial Management – May 28
Presentations and Graduation – Half day on June 15
Program starts April 3rd, 2020. All courses will be delivered in the Centre for Executive and Graduate Education, Kenneth C. Rowe Management Bldg., HÂþ» University.
The cost of the program is $1,950.Ìý For Faculty funding, please consult with your Dean.
