PAY RATE: According to CUPE ContractÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ìý

WORK ASSIGNMENT:Ìý The Sessional Lecturer will teach a one-half credit, graduate-level course, "HESA 6340, Human Resources in Health Care", in the Master of Health Administration program during the fall term (September-December 2018).Ìý For the course description please refer to the HÂþ»­ Academic Calendar. Responsibilities include the development, delivery and management of: a) course lectures; b) classroom and field-based (if applicable) learning activities; c) course assignments, tests and examinations as applicable; and e) tutorial support as required.Ìý The Sessional Lecturer is the Professor of Record for this course and reports to the Director of the School.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:Ìý a) Graduate degree in administration or management (MHA, MBA, PhD) from a recognized, accredited university; b) Formal training and/or professional experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in the speciality of Health Human Resource; c) previous graduate-level teaching experience; and d) extensive and progressive professional experience with human resource management in both the private and public sectors.
