WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for the graduate level Clinical Psychology class, Culture and Identity: Diversity Issues in Clinical Psychology (PSYO 6213.03), in the Winter term. Duties will include course preparation, lectures, seminars, student assessment, and student feedback.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:Â The applicant must be a registered psychologist who possesses a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and has experience in graduate level instruction. Specifically, the candidate will have demonstrated competence in the interrelated concepts of culture and identity, especially as they intersect in a multicultural setting.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in graduate-level teaching or post-graduate training in this specific area. This position reports to the Chair of the Department through the Director of Clinical Training.
