Monthly
The payday for monthly paid employees will be on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Accordingly, the deadline for submission of all paperwork for processing on this payroll will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. Please give Financial Services time to process the paperwork requiring their authorization and have it to Payroll by December 4.
Biweekly
NSGEU 99 and CUPE TA’s:
The biweekly pay dated December 8, 2017 is paying the weeks ending December 2 and December 9. All Employee Payroll Information Profiles, Change Forms, EPAFs, EPFs, TD1s  ‑ must be received in Payroll no later than 4:30pm on Monday, November 27, 2017.
B1 Casual:
The biweekly pay dated December 8, 2017 is paying the weeks ending November 18 and November 25 All Employee Payroll Information Profiles, Change Forms, EPAFs, EPFs, TD1s  ‑ must be received in Payroll no later than 4:30pm on Monday, November 27, 2017. The timesheets for this period must be submitted no later than 4:30pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
The last pay of the 2017 year for all biweekly pays is December 22, 2017. All paperwork and timesheets for this payroll must be received in Payroll no later than 4:30pm on Monday, December 11, 2017.
The first pay of the 2018 year for all biweekly pays is January 5, 2018. All paperwork and timesheets should be received in Payroll no later than 4:30pm on Monday, December 18.
Due to the rigid schedule necessary to produce the December pays, it will not be possible to make any exceptions for EPIPs, EPAFs, EPFs, TD1s and timesheets to be accepted after the cut-off nor accept requests for extraordinary cheques. Thank you for your cooperation in meeting these deadlines.
