Guided Self-Change for Substance Abuse Group
Do you think you might have a problem with substances (alcohol, tobacco, and any other drugs?) Are you thinking about making some changes in your life, but are not sure where to start or who you can talk to about this?
HÂþ» Counselling Services is running a free, confidential group for individuals with substance addiction problems. This group is aimed to guide you and help you take responsibility for your own change.  An initial assessment session is required to provide you with individualized feedback as well determine your eligibility for group. This is followed by four weekly sessions which involve group participation and homework.
When: Fridays, February 26- March 18, 2:30-4:30pm (plus a separate individual assessment session).
Where: Counselling Services, 2nd floor LeMarchant Place
