As the District Heating Project continues, construction on Sexton Campus will begin this month. This work is necessary for the installation of pipe that is vital for the implementation of a district energy hot water line, enabling the University to heat the campus with hot water rather than steam.
Important changes to note include:
·        Sexton Campus will be designated one way
·        Vehicles will enter via Barrington Street and exit via Morris Street
·        Morris Street will become no entry
·        Vehicles using the Gerard Hall lot should enter and exit via Morris Street
·        The parking spaces between Gerard Hall and N Building will be closed on the Queen Street side of the campus
Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 20, 2015 and is expected to be complete by August 21, 2015. Traffic control and diversions will be in place during this construction. The Department of Facilities Management would like to apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact Project Manager, Stuart McCormack at 902-494-2646 (T), 902-497-1966 (C), or stuart.mccormack@dal.ca.
