Details: Submission of abstracts for poster presentation can relate to any aspect of pain in children, and can be a work in progress, original data or theory, previously published data or theory, a topical review, or a clinical case. The abstract should consist of no more than 300 words and follow the outline below (as appropriate): Title; Authors; Author Affiliations; Author contact information; Objective; Design; Setting; Participants; Procedures; Measures; Results; Conclusions; References; Citation (if previously published). Abstracts must be in Word (.doc/x) or .pdf format and text should be no smaller than 12 point font. Abstracts will not be published, so presentation does not preclude submission to another meeting before or after IFPP. (Authors will be emailed notification of acceptance of their posters in early May. Early conference registration will be open early April and will be announced when available.)
The theme of the International Forum on Pediatric Pain (IFPP) for 2015 is: “One Size Doesn’t Fit All: Personalized Approaches to Pediatric Pain Management†and we have an impressive line-up of speakers including: Dr. Joseph Cafazzo, Dr. Karen Davis, Dr. Chris Eccleston, Dr. Stefan Friedrichsdorf, Dr. Gideon Koren, Dr. Margot Latimer, and Dr. Tine Vervoort!
