PART-TIME ACADEMIC POSTING

POSITIONS: Part-time Academic (2 positions): Principles of Animal Physiology Part II/Physiology of Marine Animals, Part II, (Biology 3079.03/Marine Biology 3076.03); January 1, to April 30, 2015.

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Biology

PAY RATE: $4,565.50-$5,583.00

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The sessional instructor is responsible for lectures, assisting students on an individual basis; general administration of the class (handling student issues, submitting grades, etc.); invigilating tests and examinations. The positions report to the Chair of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: All applicants for this position will have an advanced degree in biology. Previous, recent teaching experience (classroom and or laboratory) in the related discipline would be a definite asset. First time applicants must provide the names of two referees.
