Fall Term Registration At Dalplex

Fall term registration for Dalplex fitness and wellness programs is now open!

Swim lessons, spin class, climbing programs, yoga classes, first aid classes, squash lessons, kettlebells, boot camps and more - it's all starting in September and you can register today!

Plus check out the convenient options for faculty and staff - get your work out in before, during or after work!

Before work:
-Early Bird Boot Camp, Mon & Thurs from 6:15-7:15am starting Sept. 22
-Rise And Shine Yoga, Tues & Thurs from 7-8am starting Sept. 23

Lunch time:
-Foam Rolling Release, Tues from 12:05-1pm starting Sept. 23
-Kettlebells, Tue & Thu from 12-1pm starting Sept. 17
-Posture Plus, Mon & Wed from 12-1pm starting Sept. 22

After work:
-HIIT Boot Camp, Mon & Wed from 6pm-7pm starting Sept. 22
-Kickboxing, Thu from 6-7pm starting Sept. 19
-Squash Lessons, Mon from 7-8pm starting Sept. 29
