WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for the graduate seminar PSYO 6091.03 (Fall term), Topics in Child Development. Duties will include course preparation, lectures, seminars, grading, and student feedback.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Psychology and experience in graduate level instruction. Specifically, the candidate will have demonstrated competence in developmental psychology, in topics such as language acquisition, social development, and meta-cognitive processes. Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in graduate-level teaching or post-graduate training in this specific area. This position reports to the Chair of the Department.

The course should focus on teaching about psychotropic medications used in the treatment of mental health disorders.
