Soccer

Both me²Ô’s and wome²Ô’s soccer teams held pre-season training camps and competition this weekend – Aug 31 – Sept 4.   The women held a modified round robin event on Sunday with DAL AC, UKC and CU participating.  Results were:

DAL AC 1 – UKC  0; CU 1 - UKC  1; DAL AC 4  CU 2   Sian Rankin scored all 4 goals.

The men played UKC  on Monday .  The score was 3-0 for UKC.  Both teams showed great promise for the season!

As part of the pre-season responsibilities for the soccer teams, members of the me²Ô’s and wome²Ô’s soccer teams delivered  Campus Calendars to sections of the Bible Hill community Monday evening.  This is the second year for this collaboration with DAL AC Communication and Marketing staff.

Another community interaction was held involving the wome²Ô’s soccer team and the CC Riders U 13 team.  The  Riders participated with the Rams in a mini training session  , skills tests and a scrimmage.  There is good talent being developed by the CC Riders Club
