This year the Ag campus will be closing at noon on December 24th.  Monday, Dec. 28th is a holiday in lieu of Boxing Day. Dec. 29 – 31 are HÂþ» regular holiday closure days and Jan. 1st is, of course, a mandatory holiday. Please see the list below for speciific office closures>
Enrolment Services Center is closed December 24th Â
Haley Snack Bar will be closing on December 8th and re-opening on January 4th, 2016.
Cox’s Cupboard will be closing on December 11th and re-opening on January 4th, 2016.
Jenkins Marketplace will be open for regular meal services and light snacks for takeout such as coffee until December 17th and will be re-opening for regular services January 3rd at 4:30pm.
Full catering services are available until Friday, December 18th and re-opening on Monday, January 4th, 2016.
Residence Office will close at noon on December 24th and will re-open at 8:00 am on January 4th.
International Office Truro (Dewolfe House) will be closed 21-25 Dec and 28 Dec – 1 Jan. For Emergencies please contact Manager, Suzanne Johnson (902) 890-6090.
The AC Human Resources Office will be closed from December 21st  – January 1st inclusive.
Health Services will be closed on Dec. 21 and reopening on Monday, Jan. 4/16
The Haley Office will be closed from December 24 to January 4.Â
Facilities Management

ALL Government buildings including Hancock, Harlow, Extension Engineering, Farm Loan and Fisheries will be closed Dec 24 at 4:30pm reopening Dec 29 /30 /31 regular hours. They will be closed Jan 1, 2016 for the new year’s holiday.
Custodial service will be provided on campus on Tuesday Dec 29 and Thursday Dec 31 for all buildings which are open during the Holiday period.Â
As usual, maintenance services will be available on an emergency basis by calling the on call # at 902-897-5804
Security Services will be on site for our regular 24 hour security coverage. In the event security is required, please call 902-893-4190
Dal AC Daycare will close on Christmas Eve at 12:30pm and remain closed until Monday, January 4, 2016
Mailroom and Print Centre – Holiday Closure
Please be advised that the Mailroom and Print Centre at HÂþ»â€™s Faculty of Agriculture will close at noon on Thursday, December 24th and reopen on Monday, January 4th.

PLEASE NOTE:
Dec 10-17 Examinations are being written on court 1 and 2 and so no activity is permitted on Court 3 or the upper level foyer when exams are being written (8:30 am – 6:30 pm) 10th, 11th 12th , 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th . Court 3 is available after 7 pm on weekdays. The rest of the facility is open for use during the examination period.
Dec 21- Jan 2  Courts 1,2 (main gym) will be closed as the floor is undergoing the annual re-finishing. The remainder of the facility will be open, but please be advised that the odor from the floor finish is quite strong and will be evident throughout the Centre. LAC staff may close the facility if the odor is affecting staff and patron health and safety . Please call ahead (902-893-6660) during the Dec 21-24 period to confirm operational status.Â
